Formative assessment three on making informed choices - was
conducted where the students have to present their understanding based on their
individual inquiries about an organ, it’s disease symptoms and precautions and
cure.
In mathematics students mapped the different weights of organs
creating bar graphs in their books and using Microsoft Excel.Students logged on
to Myimaths and watched videos on metric conversions to understand the concept.
They applied their knowledge by measuring their heights in pairs and converting
the height from cms, inches and feet. They used both standard and non-standard
units of measurements like meter scale and elbow length. They further practiced
metric conversions sums and word problems.
